Check-in/check-out

On the day of your arrival the room or apartment will be available from 2:00 pm.

Check-in is possible from 2:00 pm to 8:00 pm.

To allow our next Guests to enjoy a perfect welcome, we kindly ask you to vacate your room by 10:30 am on the day of departure.

Early check-in

Subject to availability, the room/apartment will be available to you before 2 p.m. for an additional charge of €20 per room/apartment.

Late check-out

If you would like a little more time, let us know in advance, subject to availability, we offer the possibility of:

Check-out until 12:00 noon: € 30 per room/apartment
Check-out until 7:00 pm: € 80 per room/apartment

Room cleaning service

Cleaning of rooms and apartments (included in the room price) is done daily between 08:30 and 11:30 a.m.

Use of the Private SPA

Our SPA can be only booked for a private, exclusive use, at a cost of €150 per couple with a duration of 120 minutes.

Access to the SPA can be added while booking a room on our web-site or later, subject to availability.

The time slots are 8:00 | 10:30 | 13:00 | 15:30 | 18:00 | 20:30

The spa features a heated infinity pool with hydromassage beds, a Turkish bath with aromatherapy, a sauna and Finnish shower, a low-temperature infrared sauna, an emotional shower, a relaxation area with views of the Orobie Alps, and a herbal tea corner.
Towel and bathrobe are included in the price.
Access to the SPA is forbidden to people under 18 who are unaccompanied.

Bathing Bio-Lake

Natural lake, allowing swimming without the use of chlorine or other chemicals.
This is possible thanks to a purification system that uses aquatic plants to purify the water.

You must shower before entering the water.
Avoid using sunscreen before swimming so as not to damage the biological water purification mechanisms.

Pets

Pets are allowed only in the SUITE HOME type, it is mandatory to add them when booking online.

Breakfast

Breakfast (sweet and salty) is always included in the room/apartment.
The service is available every day from 07:30 to 10:00 a.m. with freshly made hot drinks and à la carte menu: this way we can always guarantee freshly made and quality products and avoid useless food waste. In the summer breakfast is also served outdoors.

Restaurant service

We would like to inform you that our hotel does not have an in-house restaurant, but we are particularly keen to recommend local places and restaurants in the area to savour the varied local cuisine.
In downtown Roncobello there is a restaurant-pizzeria within walking distance.
In just 10/15 minutes by car, you get to many other restaurants in the area.
If you are looking for some tips you just have to ask: we will be glad to help you choose!
Whether it’s a traditional dish from Bergamo, a good polenta in a mountain-hut, a pizza or gourmet food, we will advise you at best to enjoy a holiday also in the name of discovery of our local flavors and traditions!

Self-Service Laundry

A room equipped with a professional washer and dryer is available at a cost of €5.00 per service.
